Westside
Curb Appeal replaced all 16
windows in our Peachland Rental home.
Chris provided great
communication during this renovation which was particularly valuable due to
being an out of province customer. Chris
received multiple quotes for windows on our behalf to insure we were given the
best price.
While removing some of our
existing windows Westside Curb Appeal came across some rotten window
frames, Chris took the initiative and called in a bug inspection and turned out
there was damage from termites. Chris provided us with photo’s via email we
were able to see the damage and work together to organize and resolve this
issue.

efforts and attention to detail we are very satisfied with the results and

We recently contracted with Chris Krahn of
Westside Curb Appeal to complete a suite in the lower level of our home in
Peachland. Chris managed the project in
a very capable and efficient manner. Everything
was done to superior quality of workmanship.
Chris and his employees always showed up to work on time and worked hard
and diligently. Any mess that they made
was cleaned up regularly and all garbage was hauled away by them. We are extremely happy with the way our suite
turned out.

Chris is now doing another project for us
- completing the basement of another
residence we have, and building a new dining room extension off the main
floor. We anticipate that we will be as
pleased with this project as we were with our other one.

Chris and his wife Denise work as a team. Denise is aware of the prices and

saved me many hours of
shopping. Chris
has the ability to organize his multi-skilled crew, and, as

in person on the plans and products I wanted. I learned very quickly that
