Westside Curb Appeal project is located in Peachland, BC.
We worked closely with the owners to come up with a design that would suit their needs.
They were looking for a cottage meets Big White style home using River Rock and rough cut lumber within their budget!
While staying in budget we choose to keep the current colour of stucco and work with it!
The owners choose a River Rock and we worked together to pick just the right colour that would show off the rock and work with the rough cut lumber.
To give the home more Curb Appeal we removed the large tree from the front of the home as well as the exsiting sidewalk and stone paveway!
( The new walkway and patio is a future project)
We were able to re-clad the exsiting beams with rough cut lumber to beef them up!
The wood railings were replaced with black metal railings.
We choose black railings so the focus was not on the railings but on the rock and lumber work.
We trimmed out all the front windows in rough cut lumber to match the wood beams.
The exsiting siding was painted and The rock work begins!
